Northampton County man cited in Carbon
A Northampton County man has been cited for an incident in Carbon County.
State police at Lehighton said Derek Ray Kleintop, 31, of Bath, was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Lower Smith Gap Road in Lower Towamensing Township, at 8:45 p.m. on Nov. 26. Troopers said Kleintop and a 30-year-old female, also from Bath, were engaged in a verbal argument that turned physical.
