Holiday crafting

Carbon County Environmental Education Center's annual nature-inspired craft program returns at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

This program features grapevine wreaths, birch log decorations, jewelry projects and children's crafts.

The evening will include holiday music and refreshments.

A $5 per person fee per craft covers the cost of materials. Preregistration is a must.

The center is located at 151 E. White Bear Drive, Summit Hill, at the west end of Mauch Chunk Lake Park, just outside of Jim Thorpe along Lentz Trail.
