Father arrested for threatening son
A Tamaqua father has been cited for threatening his son.
Tamaqua police responded to a domestic incident at 314 Pine St., at 7:50 p.m. on Nov. 30. The 19-year-old male victim told officers that William Manness, 57, had threatened to kill him with a hammer. Manness also said he would get the teen's stepbrothers to beat him up, then threw a binder at him and spat in his face.
Manness was cited for harassment.
