Young girl cited for retail theft

Rush Township police have cited a 12-year-old girl for shoplifting at the HT Commons Walmart in Hometown.

The preteen was in the store at 1:20 p.m. on Dec. 12 and took merchandise valued at $72.80.

She received a citation for retail theft.
