Al-Anon meetings
Al-Anon group to meet Mondays at 7:15 p.m. at St. Katharine Drexel Church Hall, 120 E. Abbott St., Lansford.
Al-Anon is a nonprofit, worldwide support organization helping families and friends of loved ones suffering from addiction.
Carbon County will be having its first Wills for Heroes event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 21 at the Hilltop Community Center, 114 West Ludlow St., Summit Hill.
Wills for Heroes program provides simple wills, a living will, and financial powers of attorney for first responders, such as police, firefighters, paramedics, and correctional officers, military veterans, and their spouses and partners.
Preregistration is required and can be completed online at http://www.pabar.org/wfh using the password WFH.
Thursday is the deadline to register.
Trinity Lutheran
On Ash Wednesday, there will be a communion service with the imposition of ashes at 3 in the afternoon at Trinity Lutheran Church, 104 E. Abbott St. in Lansford.
The Rev. Roy H. Koehler will officiate.
All are welcome to attend this service.

Lions
The Coaldale Lions will hold their monthly meeting at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Viennese Villa.
Bob Ames, club president, will preside over the business meeting.
