Basic Boating Course, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. each day, at Beltzville State Park. The course is free. Register by calling 610-377-0045. Those who complete the course can apply for a $10 Boating Safety Education Certificate, which is a requirement for those operating a Personal Water Craft (PFC) or for those born after January 1982 who operate a motor craft with a 25 HP or larger engine.
