Woman cited for underage drinking
A traffic stop in McAdoo on Sunday morning resulted in charges for a passenger in the car.
Police stopped a vehicle at 2:41 a.m. for having a nonworking brake light. While speaking with the occupants, it became clear that a passenger, Silvia Moncayo, 20, of Hazleton, had been drinking alcoholic beverages.
She was cited for underage drinking.
