Fugitive from justice is nabbed

A Tamaqua man who is wanted by authorities in Trumbull County, Ohio, on probation charges, was arrested as a fugitive from justice by state police at the Frackville barracks at 4:55 p.m. Thursday along the Highridge Park Road in Cass Township, Schuylkill County.

Police said Christopher Wagoner, 23, was involved in a motor vehicle crash that was investigated by a patrol unit from the barracks. Police said after they learned Wagoner was wanted in Ohio, he was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge David Rossi and committed to the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville.
