Retail theft

State police at Schuylkill Haven have charged a Pottsville woman with retail theft.

Shannon M. O'Boyle, 43, is accused of trying to take clothing and jewelry from Kohl's Department store in the Fairlane Village Mall in Norwegian Township at 1:16 p.m. Thursday.
