Tamaqua man facing charges

A Tamaqua man faces charges after he allegedly stole prescription drugs from a family member.

Matthew Nace, 29, reportedly picked up the family member's prescription for Clonazepam (90 pills) from the pharmacy at the HT Commons Walmart in Rush Township on March 24. He then failed to deliver the drugs to the person for whom they had been prescribed.

He faces charges of possession of a schedule IV narcotic, theft and receiving stolen property.
