Two charged after Carbon incident
Two people have been charged following an incident that occurred at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at 5 Deer Park Lane, Jim Thorpe, Penn Forest Township.
State police at Lehighton said Robert Strohl of Lehighton struck a woman in her chest with his hand. Michael Palka then pushed Strohl.
Troopers said Strohl and Palka were both charged with harassment.
