Monroe crash
A Monroe County driver escaped injury in a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 6:56 p.m. March 31, along Effort Neola Road in Jackson Township.
State police at Fern Ridge said Paul L. Kliewer, 34, of Brodheadsville, was driving a 2005 BMW when it left the road and crashed into a tree. The car had to be towed.
Troopers cited Kliewer for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed.
