Girardville man facing charges

State police at the Frackville barracks arrested Eric Pennington, 42, of Girardville, on charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after they were called to a disturbance at 1:06 a.m. April 28.

Police said the incident happened on West Mahanoy Avenue (State Route 54) in Girardville, where Pennington was observed running around in the middle of the road while heavily intoxicated.
