Lehighton man facing charge

Jim Thorpe police have reported the arrest of Ryan Eckhart, 29, of 1656 Mahoning Drive West, Lehighton, for illegally furnishing a drug-free urine.

The incident happened at 3:20 p.m. March 9 at the Carbon County Adult Probation Office located in the courthouse at 1 Broadway.

Police said Eckhart allegedly fled the office after an officer discovered a homemade prosthetic device which consisted of a tube and a container of urine
