A Wayne County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following a one-vehicle crash that was reported on March 31 at 11:53 p.m.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said officers responded to Route 611 to a report of a man yelling in the area. On scene officers found a Dodge pickup in a ditch. A man got out of the truck and was identified as Michael Lloyd, 39, of 799 Easton Turnpike, Lake Ariel.

He displayed signs of intoxication and was arrested for suspicion of DUI. A blood test was administered and police said it showed Lloyd "was almost three times the legal limit."

Charges were filed.
