State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers on Monroe County roadways.

A one-vehicle crash was reported at 4 p.m. April 24 along Interstate 80 in Tunkhannock Township.

Troopers said Jose R. Perez, 64, of Hazleton, was driving a 2006 Honda Pilot westbound when he began to experience blurred vision and dizziness.

He attempted to pull off onto the berm, and while doing so his vehicle struck the guardrail. Perez was taken to the Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg for treatment of minor injuries.

A two-vehicle crash was reported at 7:35 a.m. on Tuesday along Pheasant Run Road in Chestnuthill Township.

Troopers said Marlon S. Gomez, 19, of Effort, was driving a 2000 Honda Accord eastbound and attempting to negotiate a left curve.

He was traveling too fast and failed to complete the curve. He lost control and struck a 2008 Chevrolet Equinox driven westbound by Kevin P. Neely, 53, of Effort.

Neely was injured and treated at the scene by West End ambulance personnel. Gomez was not injured. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.

Troopers cited Gomez for the crash.

A one-vehicle crash occurred at 5:08 p.m. on Tuesday along Warner Drive in Chestnuthill Township.

Troopers said Eltrice Noel-Davidson, 84, of East Stroudsburg, was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox eastbound and negotiating a left curve when she almost struck another vehicle head-on.

She swerved to the right and struck a wooden pole along the berm.
