Woman faces theft charges

A Shenandoah woman is facing charges after a shoplifting incident at the HT Commons Walmart in Hometown on April 27.

Michelle Skoutelakis, 26, allegedly removed merchandise valued at $93.19 from the retail store. The incident took place at 11:27 a.m.

Rush Township police said charges will include retail theft and receiving stolen property.
