Stolen identity case is investigated
State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating a theft case involving stolen identity.
The victim is Joann Ripley, 64, of 55 Hummingbird Drive, Jim Thorpe (Penn Forest Township).
Police said someone stole her identity by unknown means and purchased two Verizon Wireless iPhone 6 cellphones from a West Virginia Verizon Wireless store.
