Two neighbors cited for conduct

State police at Fern Ridge said two Carbon County neighbors have been cited for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred on April 30 outside their residences.

Troopers said Richard E. Strawcutter, 53, and Jeffrey R. Martin, 40, of Sassafras Road in the Indian Mountain Lakes development, in Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, entered into a verbal argument at 8:20 p.m. The two were yelling and shouting at each other until the arrival of the development's security personnel.

Troopers said both had nontraffic citations filed against them.
