Barnesville man faces charges
An incident in Quakake on April 28 resulted in criminal charges for Brian Gallagher, 38, of Barnesville.
Rush Township police were called to 40 W. Main St., at 9:28 a.m. and arrested Gallagher on charges of simple assault and harassment.
He was arraigned before on call District Judge Christine Hale, of Frackville, who set bail at $5,000, which the defendant was able to post.
