A Dauphin County man was cited for an incident in Jim Thorpe.

Borough police said Patrick S. Shandor, 46, of 2089 Sand Hill Road, Hershey, was charged with two counts of persistent disorderly conduct (misdemeanor threes), and one count each of criminal mischief and public drunkenness, both summaries.

He was cited for an incident on May 10 at the Turkey Hill Minit Market, located at 101 Susquehanna St.

Police said Shandor was found to be manifestly under the influence of alcohol and urinated on a public building. While Shandor was being interviewed at the scene, he continued to be disorderly by yelling and screaming. He was placed under arrest and told several times to cease and desist. He was then transported to the county prison in Nesquehoning to await arraignment.
