Domestic incident leads to charges
A domestic incident has led to charges against a Monroe County man.
State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred at 9:18 p.m. May 30 at 3 Balliet Court in Kunkletown. Troopers said Brian Ratti of Polk Township was involved in a physical altercation with a 36-year-old female at that address. Ratti was charged with harassment.
