Carbon business cited by PLCB

A Carbon County business has been cited by the Wilkes-Barre enforcement office of the state liquor control board.

Reiley's Pub, located at 1550 Route 903, Penn Forest Township, was cited for during the period of April 16, 2014 and April 16 failed to maintain malt or brewed beverage dispensing system cleaning records.

This charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious ones. In addition, the judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation based on the severity of the charge brought.
