Man pours iced tea on another, cited
A Schuylkill County man poured iced tea on another man during an argument and has been cited.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Derek Mountz, 31, and Dana Davis, 31, both of Cressona, were involved in a verbal argument at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday at 112 Pottsville St., Cressona, when Davis poured iced tea on Mountz.
Troopers said Davis was charged with harassment.
