Man charged for incident with son

A Tamaqua man was cited on June 13 after his son reported being assaulted by him.

The 19-year-old victim went to the Tamaqua Police Station at 10 a.m. and said that Keith W. Binder, 36, of 327 Schuylkill Ave., had thrown him to the ground. The victim reportedly had bruises to his elbow and hip areas.

Binder was cited for harassment.
