Couple celebrates silver anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Rod Heckman of Lehighton recently celebrated their 25th anniversary. They were married on Nov. 25, 1989, in Covenant United Methodist Church, Klecknersville, by the late Rev. Dave Unangst.

Mrs. Heckman is the former Robin Wadding, daughter of Beverly Cuff of Montello, Wisconsin; and John Raybuck of Knox, Pennsylvania. She is employed as a hearing support teacher for the I.U. 20.

Mr. Heckman is the son of Arlene Heckman of Klecknersville and the late Harvey Heckman. He is a sports writer for the Times News.

The couple has two children, Evy, a student at Bloomsburg University; and Brock, a student at Lehighton Area High School.

The couple celebrated their anniversary with a cruise to the Bahamas.
