Smith reunion

The annual Smith Reunion will be from noon to 5 p.m., Sunday in St. Matthew's UCC's picnic grove on Grove Road, Kunkletown.

There will be food, games and a cake walk. Bring a lawn chair.

Frable/Fravel Reunion

The 84th Frable/Fravel Family Reunion will be from noon until 5 p.m. Aug. 10 in St. Matthews U.C.C. picnic grove on Grove Road, Kunkletown.

There will be food, fun and games, Chinese auction, bingo, cake walk and more.

Entertainment will feature Lenny & The Loafers and One Night Stand. This is open to the public invited. Bring a lawn chair.

Exercising seniors

There is a low-impact exercise class for those over 55 from 9:30-10:30 a.m., every Tuesday and Thursday at the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Company.

PVEN needs

Pleasant Valley Ecumenical Network is always in need of nonperishable food items (cereal, peanut butter, tuna fish, soup, etc.) and clothing (especially new underwear).

Gearing up for the first day of school, PVEN is also asking for donations of school supplies, backpacks, notebooks, pencils, pens, etc.

Bring your donations to St. Matthew's UCC during office hours of Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sundays, 8 to 11:30 a.m.
