complaints filed

Jim Thorpe Neighborhood Bank, 12 Broadway, Jim Thorpe, has filed a mortgage foreclosure complaint against Edward R. Binder, deceased, then of 201 North St., Jim Thorpe, his heirs and assigns, over a property at that address.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment in the amount of $23,617.51, plus interest, attorney's fees and costs.

Guidance Residential, LLC, Owensboro, Kentucky, has filed a mortgage foreclosure complaint against Ida Victor, 533 Gay Mew, Albrightsville, over a property at that address.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment in the amount of $96,188.18, plus interest, attorney's fees and costs.

Debt collection actions

CACH, LLC, Denver, Colorado, has filed a debt collection complaint against Elizabeth Bartosevich, 337 Second St., Weatherly.

The plaintiff alleged the defendant is in default of a contract in which an unpaid credit card balance is sought.

Judgment in the amount of $2,912.37, plus interest, court costs and attorney's fees is sought.

TD Bank U.S.A., N.A., Philadelphia, has filed a debt collection complaint against Keith A. Shelly II, 237 White St., Lehighton.

The plaintiff alleged the defendant is in default of a contract in which an unpaid credit card balance is sought.

Judgment in the amount of $1,301.14, plus costs of the action.

Seeks payment for

hospital services

The Remit Corporation, Bloomsburg, as the assignee of the Blue Mountain Health System, has filed a civil action against Lisa Turek, 1364 Center Ave., Jim Thorpe, seeking payment of a bill associated with medical services.

The plaintiff states the defendant received medical treatment, services and/or supplies at the Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital, Lehighton, a division of the Blue Mountain Health System, during the period of Sept. 19-27, 2012, and agreed to make payment for the same.

Remit is seeking judgment in the amount of $10,670, plus interest and costs associated with pursuit of the bill.

Complaint in ejectment

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Atlanta, Georgia, has filed a complaint in ejectment against Johnny Schafer and any and all tenants and occupants, 72 E. Third St., Lehighton.

The complaint states the plaintiff was conveyed ownership of the property at the above-listed address by virtue of a Sheriff's deed ad that the defendant(s) has/have unjustifiably withheld and continue to withhold possession of the property.

The bank is seeking immediate possession of the premises and asks the court to order an immediate ejectment of the defendant(s).
