Named to dean's list
Shannon Skotek, daughter of Lisa Skotek of Kelayres, and Leo John Skotek of McAdoo, has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2014 semester.
She is a chemistry major with a concentration in industrial chemistry at the University of Downtown Houston in Houston, Texas.
Shannon is pursuing this degree in order to become a chemical engineer. She is a 2012 graduate of Marian Catholic High School.
