The Gathering
The Gathering will be held this year on Saturday, Oct. 4, at the Trout Run Covered Bridge.
The Venture Group, a coalition of Northern Lehigh community groups, businesses and municipalities, has assumed overall direction of the event.
The Northern Lehigh Historical Society, a member of the Venture Group, will maintain its involvement with The Gathering.
Proceeds from The Gathering go toward the Trailhead operating costs, and will be shared among the participating community groups.
Planning meetings for The Gathering are on the last Wednesday of the month at Slatington borough hall at 7 p.m. New volunteers are welcome.
