Catering to tourists

Dear Editor,

This is about the favor that the Jim Thorpe did for all of us that live on West Broadway.

If they would have told us a week or so ahead of time that we had to move our cars (for the parade) it wouldn't been sobad.

I am handicapped and can't walk very far at all. They just don't care about the people that live on West Broadway when it comes to the tourist. They always cater to the tourist and the hell with the taxpayers just keep spending our tax money on the tourist that don't give a damn about this town because they don't live here.

I lived here for more then 60 years but I know that I don't count.
