Salem St. Paul's Lutheran Church

Salem St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Trach Drive, Kresgeville, is hosting the Soup supper for Lent on March 12. Volunteers are needed to help make soup that day and to bring desserts that night. A sign-up sheet is located outside the church office. Guest pastor for this service is Bill Ellsworth

A fair meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18.

Blood drive

A Red Cross blood drive will be held at Cornerstone Community Church from 1-6 p.m. Tuesday, March 25. Walk-ins are welcome and appointments are always encouraged.

Salem UCC

AARP Tax Preparation Services are available at Salem UCC for senior citizens, from 9 a.m. until noon Mondays and Thursdays in the Fellowship Hall. This is a free service and no appointments are needed.

Salem UCC is changing its Sunday School program. The goal is to have more children attend classes by offering a monthly project-based program. They will now meet the first Sunday of each month for a Bible study, craft, service project, and take home activity.

The next class will be held from 9:15 to 10:15 April 6 and will focus on the Holy Week. Classes are taught by two teachers with degrees in early childhood, elementary and special education.
