The following are a listing of upcoming activities during the month of February at the Panther Valley Senior Center, 90 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning.
All activities begin at 11 a.m. unless otherwise noted.

• Wednesday, March 26: Movie and popcorn at 10 a.m.
• Thursday, March 27: Women's pool and men's cards
• Friday, March 28: Breakfast 9-10:30 a.m.
• Monday, March 31: Penny game
Historical society
The Nesquehoning Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. March 19 in the community room at Maple Shade.
The society is trying to re-form. Everyone is welcome to come out and get interested in keeping the history of the town preserved.
Zion Lutheran Church
Morning worship at Zion Lutheran Church, 2 E. Catawissa St., begins at 9 a.m. Sunday with Vicar Dave Lembo presiding.
Midweek Lenten service will be held at Zion on Wednesday, March 19.
A soup dinner will be served at 6:15 p.m. and worship service will begin at 7 p.m.
Visitors are always welcome.
