Kunkletown couple celebrates 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Larry James Frable of Kunkletown are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

They were married Sept. 28, 1963 at Salem United Church of Christ in Gilbert by the Rev. Mark B. Michael.

The former Brenda Wetzel is the daughter of Catherine Lopresto of Kunkletown and the late Sterling Serfass.

Her husband is the son of the late Ernest and Hazle Frable.

The couple has three children: Jeff, and his wife Patti, of Effort; Lisa Eberhart, also of Effort; and Patrick Frable of Kunkletown.

They also have four grandchildren: Cord, Cheyenne, Caitlyn and Heather.
