Keer-Ismail

Mary Keer and Ali Ismail, both of Stewartsville, N.J. have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Charles and Cecelia Keer of Coaldale. She is a 1998 graduate of Marian Catholic High School. In 2002 she graduated from Mount Saint Mary's College, and in 2003, from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, N.Y.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Faik and Peri Ismail of Milford, N.J. He is a 1995 graduate of Hicksville High School and a 1999 graduate of Hofstra University. He is the vice president of operations at Colorstar Corporation in Bethlehem, Pa.

A wedding is planned for Oct. 19 of next month.
