Faulty work
Victor Leidy, 1744 Orioles Drive, Lehighton, filed a action against Richard Diehl, trading as, Richard Diehl Paving, 4970 E. Valley Drive, Walnutport.
According to the suit on July 23, 2011, the plaintiff contracted the defendant to regrade the driveway at his residence as detailed in the suit. The suit alleges the work was not done properly causing damages.
