Accident suit

The suit states on July 9, 2012, about 4:03 p.m. the plaintiff was a pedestrain in front of her residence and inquiriing about road work in front of her home when she was struck by a dump truck operated by Topito and owned by Kalins, causing injuries detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged against the defendants and sought are damages in excess of $50,000 plus interest, costs, and fees.
