Divorces granted

Vladimir Kaczmarczyk, 531 Washington St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Staci Kaczmarczyk 2231 Black Forest Drive, Coplay. They were married April 22, 1989.

Deborah Ann Franz, Shenandoah, was granted a divorce from Lawrence H. Franz Sr., Ontario, Canada. They were married April 1, 1988.

Heather R. Clevenger, Pine Grove, was granted a divorce from Terry Clevenger Jr., Shippensburg. They were married Aug. 23, 2008.

File for divorce

Jessica L. Malacusky, 519 Buck Mountain Road, Zion Grove, North Union Township, started a divorce action against Ronald G. Malcusky, Jr., 507 Buck Mountain Road, Zion Grove. They were married July 13, 2002.

School tax suits

Tamaqua Area School District filed petition to court to enter judgements against owners of properties who alleged are delinquent in payment of school taxes.

A suit was filed against Ronald T. and Jeanette M. Mace, alleging they owe $909.64 on property at 129 Pine St., Tamaqua.

A suit was filed against Shellie J. Stahler alleging she owes $947.44 in school taxes on property at 150 Owl Creek Road, Tamaqua.

A suit was filed against Edward A. Christman, 121 Cherry St., Walnutport, alleging he owes $929.15 on property at 121 Green St., Tamaqua.

A suit was filed against George T. Geissinger, 227 Hunter St., Tamaqua, alleging he owes $862.02 on property on Greenwood St.

Mortgageforeclosures

Sovereign Bank, N.A., Wilmington, Del., filed suit against Kevin Michael Davis, 486 Fairview St., Tamaqua, alleging he has defaulted mortgage payments on his property and seek a judgement for $146,345.03.

PNC Bank National Association, Miamisburg, Ohio, filed suit against David J. and Marianne B. Cutler, 29 E. High St., Coaldale, alleging they defaulted mortgage payments on their property and seek a judgement for $42,750 plus interest and costs.

Credit default

Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, Philadelphia, filed suit against Jeffrey Erie, 337 Hazle St., Tamaqua, alleging he had defaulted payments on his credit card and seek a judgement for $1,637.88 plus interest and costs.
