Incentive to keep working.

The Constitution Article 27.

No law varying the compensation for the service of the Senators and Representatives shall take effect until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.

Time to Revise Article 27.

To reat that if said representatives in either Senate or House votes to close the government, their pay shall be forfeited for said amount of time that the government is closed.

Also, please be advised on Article 2.

All, and I repeat, all government officers are liable to impeachment.

Also, as the president is limited to two four-year terms, the Congress shall also be limited to the same terms. This should also be an amendment.
