St. John Lutheran

Tonight at 7 p.m., St. John's Lutheran Church, 1 E. Abbott St., Lansford, will hold an informal worship. This will be a spiritual, peaceful, evening service with Holy Communion. All are welcome to this relaxed, brief, musical, evening prayer. Bible study is offered at 6:30 p.m., following FTP dinner, which begins at 5 p.m.

Nesquehoning Conservation Club

The next meeting of the Nesquehoning Conservation Club will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 6:30 p.m., at Maple Shade Meadows.

SHCIO to meet

The Summit Hill Community Improvement Organization will meet on Monday, Oct. 7, at 7 p.m. at the Historical Museum on West Ludlow Street.

All are invited to attend.

St. Paul's

St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Summit Hill will hold their Holy Communion worship service on Sunday, at 10:30 a.m. Vicar David Lembo will be conducting the service.

Sunday school class is held at 9 a.m. All are welcome to attend.

A church council meeting will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m.
