Volt Asset Holdings Co., Oklahoma City, Oka., filed suit against Gerald S. and Tabitha Skelding, 613 Arlington St., Tamaqua, allegeing it had defaulted on mortgage payments on their property at 63 S. Nescopec St., Tamaqua, and seeks a judgement of $81,166.11 plus interest and costs.
Green Tree Servicing, LLC filed suit against Tammy Blew, Blews Lane, Hometown, Rush Township, alleging she has defaulted mortgage payments on her property at 70 Bowe St., Tamaqua, and seeks a judgment for $44,011.16 plus interest and costs.

Portfolio Recover Associates, LLC, Philadelphia, filed suit against Tonya Watro, 201 S. Hancock St., McAdoo, alleging defaulted payments on her credit card and seek a judgement for $2,974.04 and costs.

Daniel J. Harley was granted a divorce from Kristina M. Harley, both of Summit Station They were married April 26, 2002.
Gulen A. Sites-Kagenski, Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from James P. Kagenski, Port Carbon. They were married March 8, 2003.

Loan default
National Collegiate Student Loan Trust, Norcross, Ga., has filed a suit against Willliam Ashmore, 105 W. Phillip St., and Bernice Moser, 226 W. Howard St., both of Coaldale, claiming they executed a promissary note for the payment of their tuition and allegedly failed to keep up payments. The company seeks a judge from both of $9,945.26 plus costs.
