Marriage licenses

Seeks tapping fee

Schuylkill Valley Sewer Authority, Blythe Township, filed suit against Robert A. Kurilla and Gregory M. Kurilla, claiming they owe a tapping fee of $1,844 for sewer connection at their property at 39 Main St., Kaska Village, Blythe Township.

Seeks back taxes

Panther Valley School District is seeking a judgment in amount of $1,050.47 against property at 138 W. High St., Coaldale, owned by Joanne Melloy, for back school taxes.

It also seeks a judgment in amount of $1,176.54 on the property at 20 E. High St., Coaldale, owned by Matthew F. Cichon, 1045 Ryan Circle, Glensville.

Tamaqua Area School District is seeking a judgment in the amount of $829.27 on the property at 322 Orwigsburg St., Tamaqua, owned by Diana Boyle.

The school district also seeking a judgment in amount of $1,244.74 on the property at 402 Arlington St., Tamaqua, owned by Frank J. Umbriac Jr. and Marie M. Umbriac.

Revokes parole

The parole of Derek Anthony Shellhamer, 26, of 307 Arlington St., Tamaqua, was revoked by Judge James P. Goodman and Shellhamer was transferred to a state correctional facility to serve the balance of his sentence. Judge Goodman ordered Shellhamer to be incarcerated in the state facility until such time as he has been paroled by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole. His maximum date of sentence was extended to March 17, 2017.

Shellhamer pleaded guilty to possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Nov. 16, 2011. when stopped by Patrolman Thomas Rodgers, Tamaqua Police, on the No. 11 Hill in Tamaqua. This was his third revocation.

Credit card debts

Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, of Norfolk, Va., is seeking a judgment in amount of $21,665.42, plus interest and costs, against William G. Wildoner, 689 Barnesville Dr., Barnesville Village, for alleged default on credit card payments.

Portfolio also filed suit against Luisa Lopiccolo, 210 W. Phillips St., Coaldale, seeking a judgment for $2,098.06, plus interest and costs.

FIA Card Services is seeking a judgment against Arlington Andrews Jr., 331 W. Spruce St., Tamaqua, in amount of $1,505.44, plus interest and costs.Second chance

Kenneth Edward Houser, 53, of 173 W. Ridge St., Apt. 7. Lansford, was brought to court on a bench warrant. After a hearing, Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin dissolved the warrant and reinstated bail, ordering Houser to reside at the Lansford address and not relocate without prior court approval. He also must pay a $50 fee for the bench warrant. Houser faces drug charges brought by Patrolman Jonathan McHugh, Mahanoy City Police.

Mortgageforeclosures

Nationwide Mortgage Associates, LLC, Lewistown, Tex., filed suit against Diane Hulko, alleging she has defaulted on mortgage payments on the property at 200 Cottage Ave., Tamaqua, and seeking a judgment for $62,438.43, principal owed, plus interest and costs.

Bank of America, Addison, Tex., filed suit against Linda Clark, alleging she has defaulted on mortgage payments on property at 412 Pine St., Tamaqua, and seeking a judgment of $66,905.58, principal owed, plus interest and costs.

Susquehanna Bank, Hunt Valley, Md., filed suit against Joseph N. Feeko and Kelly J. Feeko, alleging they have defaulted on mortgage payments on property at 55 E. Brandon St., Sheppton Village, and seeking a judgment in amount of $71,757.53, principal owed, plus interest and costs.
