Attains Dean's list

Peter Andrew Stanakis, son of Peter and Bridget Stanakis of Mahanoy City, has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Delaware Valley College, Doylestown.

The junior secondary education student is majoring in social studies/history and earned a 4.0 grade point average.

The 2010 graduate of Mahanoy Area High School, a 2010 scholar athlete, is the grandson of Marie Davidson of New Boston.
