Golden Agers

The members of the Panther Valley Golden Agers met on Feb. 25 with president Irene Hudasky presiding.

An inspirational message was read by Norma Lee Burke and Ruth Ann Feane led the group in singing Valentine melodies.

A new sound system was donated to the group by Alex Makita in memory of his late wife, Helen.

The group welcomed the return of member Ann Vandenbord who was recovering from an automobile accident.

The hospitality committee for the months of March and April are Dolores Becker and Louise Searfoss.

The next meeting will be held on Monday, March 11 at 1 p.m. Anyone wishing to join the chorus is asked to report at 11 a.m.

Lions Club

The Coaldale Lions Club will meet at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, and Tuesday, March 26, at the Viennese Villa. President Robert E. Ames will preside.
