Receives Ph.D

Joshua D. Fetterman, son of Robert and Melissa Fetterman of Mahoning Township, recently received his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.

A 1999 graduate of Lehighton Area High School, Mr. Fetterman received his B.S. in Psychology from York College, where he graduated summa cum laude, and his M.S. in Social Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.

While in Pittsburgh he was a Teaching Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh and an Adjunct Instructor at Carnegie Mellon University. He is presently employed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an Adjunct Instructor. He is married to Dr. Susan E. Gillo, a clinical psychologist employed at 3-C Family Services in Cary, NC. The couple lives in Durham, NC.
