Accident suit
John Weiser, 433 St. Peters Rd., Andreas, filed a civil action against Viera Kudela, 271 Bankway , Lehighton, seeking damages stemming from an auto accident.
The suit states on March 11, 2011, in the 200 block of Bankway, Lehighton, the plaintiff was operating his vehicle when the defendant opened a car door causing a collision with the plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff suffered injuries detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged against the defendant and sought are damages in excess of $50,000.
