Lansford Borough Council is accepting letters of interest for two vacancies on the Parks and Recreation Board as well as one position on the Civil Service Commission. Letters of interest may be sent to the borough office at 1 W. Ridge St.

Deadline for replies will be May 3.

The next meeting of the Protestant Slovak Cemetery Association will be held on Sunday, April 28 at 2 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 2 E. Catawissa St. in Nesquehoning. All interested persons are welcome to attend.
