Clothing give-away
St. John's Lutheran Church, South Avenue, will be collecting new and slightly used clothing, any sizes beginning on Monday, July 1. These items will be used for their clothing give-away in August. If you have any articles that you wish to donate, they may dropped off at the church, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. during the month of July.

The give-away begins on Thursday, Aug. 2 and ends Saturday, Aug. 27. The dates and times will be announced at a later date.
Trash collection
Trash will be collected in the borough on Friday, July 5. Please note the change of day for collection, due to the July 4th holiday.
Closing celebration
The ecumenical Vacation Bible School will hold it's closing celebration on Friday, June 28, at 6 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, South Avenue. There will be songs, a slide show and ice cream sundaes for family and friends.
