Wishes for happiness

Dear Editor:

First, I'd like to wish Bob happiness and fun for being grandpa and thanks for his help with veterans needs.

For the new editor, I wish you luck and happiness also in your new job.

Now, I'd like to state that in my 75 years I have never seen a president hit with so much B.S. He was elected BY THE PEOPLE.

Most presidents were able to do a little give and take with the opposite party. However, this Congress don't want to work on behalf of the country. All they seem to want is to get reelected. To top it off, the N.R.A. is trying to own the country telling us who to elect and who to kick out of office. That's up to the people too. Then letters laced with ricin and statements like "Come for my guns and I'll shoot you in the face" and "You'll have to kill me and my family," or "You'll have to pry it from my cold dead hand."

I think if these people have guns we needed background and mental check a long time ago or we're becoming a nation of jerks.
