Pocono Pride cop Hopewell Invitational

The 18U Pocono Pride girls fastpitch softball team recently won the 2012 Hopewell Invitational in Hopewell, N.J. The team, which won all six games played at the tourney, also placed second in the Summer Breeze Classic in Allentown. The team has girls from six school districts, including Pleasant Valley and Palmerton. Members of the team include, on ground, Samantha Rodriguez; kneeling from left, Michelle Rickert, Camille Partis, Melissa Ejk, Justine Rossi, Martina Herring; standing, Jenna Ritter, Emily Brands, Jen Loftus, Kaycie Stem and Carly Rossi. Rose Tavianini is also a member of the team.
